2022 Union Filing Report
In 2022 there were 2,248 representation cases filed1 and 2,134 closed. Of those cases that were closed in 2022 55.0% led to the certification of a union. The median bargaining unit for successful cases had 21 workers. In total this led to approximately 60,433 new workers with union representation.
