2023 Union Filing Report
In 2023 there were 2,195 representation cases filed1 and 2,133 closed. Of those cases that were closed in 2023 55.8% led to the certification of a union. The median bargaining unit for successful cases had 20 workers. In total this led to approximately 89,137 new workers with union representation.
